Fabio Cannavaro SBC Glitch

I completed the Fabio Cannavaro SBC and i started from bottom to top so the last sbc to complete was the "On a Loan" and so i got the loan and the real player at the same time when i went to go send the loan player to my duplicate club and it said there was an error and gave me the Loan player and now the real card is no longer in my club and wont appear even if i reset game, sbc is completed, Im not sure what to do here... #Help
