Sorry to hear about you being unfairly targeted, there are quite a few of us being affected in the community.
From my personal experience the best thing you can do to speed up the process and get someone real to help you is: if EA have HQ where you live, write a letter of complaint and send it to them via a service that requires a signature upon being received. You can address it to the attention of their legal team.
You can also request the data used to take action against you via DSAR under GDPR article 15.

My case is similar to yours I had around 8,300,000 coins wiped and 2 days later I received a transfer market ban. It’s been 2 weeks and 4 days and nothing has been done about it. I wish I’d sent my formal letter of complaint right away, but now at least after sending it on Tuesday this week I received a response via email from customer relations and my case is ongoing a studio review.
