Good morning, I kindly ask if it’s possible to remove the market ban. I have never sold credits and I have never sold anything outside the UT market. I’ve been playing this game for years, and right during the Christmas holidays you blocked my market even though I haven’t done anything illegal. Right during Christmas—why break the magic of Christmas like this? Please.
I know you will send auto message with ban appeal but already done also it's not a personal request. You have wrongly banned everyone who bought and sold WW cards since 20.12.2025. It’s a false big ban wave before TOTY.
Yes I also have been banned by EA and the customer service is absolutely horrible, the worst gaming franchise in the world. Customers who buy these games every year and all the in game purchases throughout is pointless as they do not care for their customers unless it benefits them.
