Hey guys, I feel your pain. This is most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced with a game. It almost feels like we have been randomly selected for this rubbish. No explanation provided by EA is correct or contains any factual information. Appeals are denied with no explanation provided (or at least an explanation that makes sense).
The most infuriating/demoralising part about this is being told by a bot that you've done something when you know that it's not the case and that EA have no tangible proof of you breaking any rules. I know that for sure as the only thing I did was sell players from my club that have been earned via packs given to me by EA. It appears I have been targeted saving up my coins for TOTS, which is something I have done in every previous version of FUT.
This whole 'balance transfer' explanation from EA doesn't make sense as I haven't transferred my coins anywhere (because I was saving for TOTS) and I was probably only getting around 20k per day from sales on the transfer market.
The worst thing for me is being part way through the Iniesta SBC and being unable to finish it because you can't buy any players. Looks like that SBC will expire before this is resolved.
All the best with your appeals. I hope at least one of us can get this reversed. So angry at seeing a big company like EA screw over poor loyal players that have supported the franchise over the years. It's not right!
