False Transfer Market Ban – Long-Time Player Since 2013 (Need Help)

I have just had the same issue, received a random ‘balance transfer’ ban yesterday, conveniently after maintenance, when I’ve barely bought or sold any players for the past few weeks and when I have they were all at market value, it makes no sense. I received an automated response to my appeal and they don’t seem to listen or look into it, it’s so unfair and I don’t know what to do.
