Looking at the data protection act it mentions:
You also have rights when an organisation is using your personal data for:
- automated decision-making processes (without human involvement)
I think this applies to us as their automated ban system is doing exactly this
If the TOS team is really checking our appeal I can only imagine they are referring back to this decision made by the automated ban system see that we are still flagged and refuse our appeals. Hard to say how anything works as there is 0.000% transparency

Well said, and great job you’re doing bringing this up.
The lack of transparency is the biggest issue here, especially if automated systems are involved. Players should at least have the right to understand what triggered these decisions.
