Did you write to HQ and they still refused to help you? Have they provided the "evidence" of the activity on your account  that let them to take action against you?

Didn't get a reply from 2 further tickets submitted to re-appeal and requesting for Data request.

I basically got ghosted at this point.

    Do EA have HQ where you live? If not I’m not sure what the next best option is, maybe the main headquarters in the continent where you are. Or their main HQ I think is in California USA
