falsely transfer market banned

i've always loved playing games made by EA since my childhood. i started playing fc from fifa 23 when i was first introduced to ultimate team since then i use to enjoy ea sportc fc. few days back i was playing on my playstation 5 and i was not getting matches because of there is no opponents found so i started trading on transfer market and then i bought 99 ronaldinho for 4 mil and sold it for 3,785,000. after that i knew i lost so many coins on him so i started searching 97 GOTG maldini and bought him and sold for some profit which is flipping method. and suddenly after few hours later ,I  received a warning stating i got a Transfer market ban i didn't know what happened i've never gave my account to anyone or never have indulged in any unfair advantage. I've never bought any coins or distributed coins. please check all transactions for 26th July IST.  i've attached a pdf showing all transaction from the day 26th July.
