FC 26 Ban for Alleged Balance Transfer Activity - Please help

I’m honestly not sure where else to turn regarding a ban I received in FC 26 Ultimate Team. I know this probably isn't the proper channel for something like this, and I apologize for making this post...

    Hey Amunlee​,

    Unfortunately we can't look into or help with bans here on the forums. If you've already raised a second dispute, I can only recommend that you wait until you get a response from our terms of service team. They're the ones who can look into things like this.
