FC 26 Companion app not let me transfer player

I can log into my FC26 companion app but I cannot do any transfers let buy or sell players.
When I open the app it says - This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion App. 
I have completed the objectives and played more than 50 games so I think there is a problem on EA side, can you please have a look into this please
