Fc 26 companion app

I have this issue. I've got the reordered of fc26. Just to clarify my account is English too. However when I load up and sign into my companion app i am met with a message saying" football ultimate team is currently not accessible due to a demand from the authorities of your region". Why am I met with this message and how do I resolve it?
