I have played 3 drafts this year I lost the 1st one fair and square but when I got into my 2nd draft I could only control one of my players and none of the rest so the opponent could run through my team, the 3rd game it kicked off and as soon as I when to tackle I got kicked out but I didn’t sign me out of ea as I was still in ultimate team then it said claim your rewards why have I been cheated out of 2 drafts
Same , they refund one time because they think they are perfect at what they do , never a non buggy experience
Unfortunately this issue has been going on for a hell of a long time & they’ve paid no mind too it as they simply can’t fix it. This is why you don’t see any EA employees answering any of this as they literally can’t give you an answer, it’s shameful to release a game that is riddled with such easy hacking access. What’s more disappointing is the live agents saying “no you have disconnected” when they can clearly see 11 of my players frozen still with a white triangle. They aren’t silly, they know this is a thing but the PC community isn’t big enough to create any sort of impact. Even NickRTFM had it happen to him live on stream and they had no explanation hahahaha.
Same, I got disconnected twice at the start of the game.
This happened to me as well. I played 4 drafts in a row, and all of them kicked me out of the game. Such a waste of time and coins.
exact same issue played two drafts first one i faced a hacker and i could not control my players, second game i instantly got disconnected and i got put back into ultimate team menu this game is a joke i spent 15k coins just to not play

Same here, wasted multiple draft tokens and FC Points - straight up scammed for them because they don't have an anticheat. I get disconnected the second I join the match without any connection issues.
Talked to support for multiple hours - complete waste and a joke of a support. Wish I never bought this game and especially not the Ultimate Edition that gave me FC Points because they just went to waste due to a disfunctional anticheat and incompetent support team that doesn't even speak english :-)
Wasted 900 fc points on this bull**bleep** then another 15k for the same thing to happen over and over again. Missing 4 draft tokens...
Same issue for me. First pass in game and then disconnect. https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/missing-content-tool/ is not working.

Was in first round, winning 3-1, scored another one, the other guy pauses the game and leaves, and I get rewards for 0 wins... What the hell?!
Surely we are compensation with a new draft token for this issue, right?
