Fc 26 purchase issue

I had a Microsoft gift card that had 10 dollars worth of points and I added 12 dollars on top to be able to buy the 22 dollar Fc 26 FIFA points and did not receive my purchase and it has been about 24 hours since the purchase I either want a refund or want the points on to my fc 26 account.
