FC 26 Season Pass Progression Bug Cost Me Tier 30 Rewards

I had a progression bug with my FC 26 Season Pass.

I claimed some Season Points through the mobile app and due to a bug I received rewards from tiers I had not actually reached. When I later opened FC 26 on PC my progress was around Tier 24 but the rewards for Tier 24 and Tier 25 were already marked as claimed.

After that I earned 1800 Season Points from objectives and another 1500 Season Points from a pack. I also earned additional Season Points later that night.

My Season Pass progress remained stuck at Tier 25 even though I had earned enough points to be around Tier 30.

I contacted EA Support before the season ended and my case was sent for investigation.

Unfortunately the season ended before the issue was fixed and I lost the rewards I should have earned because of the progression bug.

EA Support told me they cannot restore rewards from a concluded season but they documented the issue and recommended posting here so the Community Manager and development team can see it.

I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this and see if anything can be done
