FC 26 Very low FPS

Whenever i open fc 26 and try to play online in any game mode my fps drops to around 5 when i start loading in and it never returns back to normal and I experience extreme input delay and immense screen-tearing. The game is completely unplayable and I can only occasionally play when i close the game a few times a repair the files and even then it doesn't work most of the time. Please help because it is very annoying and i keep getting abandon penalties.
