FC 26

I pre ordered the ultimate edition of the game to get the 7 day early access to get a edge over the others. The only problem is that i cant play the game. First my game was lagging a lot. Then it was a very large delay. Now its that my controller randomly stops working. I lost 600 of my fc points because i was kicked from the Fut drafts. I wasted 4 of the first 7 pre order days having issues. My icon pack was a goalkeeper. So tell me what did i really get from this ultimate edition except frustration, pain and agony. This problem is not only happening to me. The controller support has been a problem every Fc game on pc. Yet you guys can still not fix it. A compensation is not even enough for the amount of excitement i had that you guys killed.
