FC Points

I pre-ordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition and had only received 4000 points out of 6000. I was supposed to get an extra 2000 on the 19th of November. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!

    thanks for flagging this to us. I can confirm that there have indeed been some delays with the recent monthly FC Points installments. The team is working on it and you should receive your Points soon!

    Same issue, as with many others whove gone without a reply for days. 7 billion company mate, service your customers dude. Failing to deliver items paid for is a MAJOR problem, it isn’t any less against consumer rights just because its virtual. React to posts EA!

    I have the same issue but i only got 2000 out of 6000 from my pre ordered ultimate Edition lmao how funny this is. Like how can you mess something up like this? I want my points now please
