fc points

I have bought 1050 fc points from ea app on 04-12-2025 at 20:41 and i still didnt get them even after money was taken from my bank account. I tried restating system, waited 24 hours and the ea site still says that my order is in process (which ill put as a screenshot down below). I tried to buy those points many times that day but the game kept giving me an error and told me to try again later or try different method, i did try later and this problem occured.
