FC26 Hacked and Banned (twice?)

Got hacked by someone in turkey and they stole 2.6m coins off me and resulted in me getting transfer market banned currently waiting on a case result however this occurd on the 7th on october where as today (10th october) i recieved another email saying i got banned for coin distribution (again) even tho im already banned is this just an ea error or have i somehow stacked 2 false bans. the 2 images provbided are the 2 emails i got 3 days appart just wondering if anyone knows why i got 2

    For anyone in the same shoes make a case appealing the ban (even if it doesnt show up in ban history) and just wait, provide them with evidence and just wait, today was the 8th day of the case and woke up to an account with transfer market back and my coins :)

    I’m in the exact same situation, evidence of unauthorised access to my account in Frankfurt when I’m in UK as well as pictures of numerous of the same inform in my quick sell recovery that the hacker has used to transfer the coins.

    Mine has been in the queue for 5 days, they must have been backlog with people appealing about their ban

    Hey man i just got banned too, i wasnt banned for a few hours after i got hacked but i got banned after the ea support guy transfered me back my coins and now im waiting for my appeal

    (Edit) Not just market ban but full ban, i cant even play UT anymore

    FutCloak​ I got banned on October 6th in the early morning, like around 4 am, that was when I noticed suspicious activities in my account after I checked. The second email got sent to me around October 8th at around 10pm ish, that was also when I got the message I can get ban from FC online play altogether which I mentioned I haven't played the game since getting transfer market ban. I submitted my appeal the morning of the ban at around 8am of that same day and it was not 1 or 2 days later that my ticket status went from New to transferred and the ToS let me know that they are investigating my ticket.

    FutCloak​ Hey man, I'm in the same shoes as you. Someone went on my account, bought and sold which result me getting banned from the market as well. I also received a second message like you along with a message online that I have suspicious activity and could result getting ban from FC online play when I haven't even play the game since transfer market ban. But all you can do is submit the ticket to on EA help and hopefully ToS will be able to look into it and potentially get you unban.

    unfortunately, we're unable to help with bans and ban appeals here in the forum. Please contact EA Help to start a ban dispute there/ wait for a response regarding your started case.

    Please also make sure to secure your account after the hack - Support can also help you with that, if you start a case regarding that topic.
