Fc26 ultimate team

Had a random 7 day disabled ultimate team ban with no account penalty been in contact us chat still no help can’t seem to speak with live agent??

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us about your ban. Unfortunately, it's not something we can help with and advisors aren't available to chat about it. I recommend you submit a dispute so that ToS can investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for that can be found in this article.
