Hi, I pre ordered fc 26 on the 24th of September and I haven’t received any of my fifa points or early stuff I was meant to receive. Please help, thank you.

The game came out for ultimate edition on 19 september. You couldnt of pre ordered it as it was already out then. Regardless of that you had to pre order by end of August to get the points and preoder content.
