Final Request for Fair Review — Resolve This or Goodbye EA Forever

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to request a final, fair, and thorough human review of the Transfer Market ban placed on my EA account.

I have been a loyal FIFA player since FIFA 2008—approximately 18 years of supporting and playing this franchise. Throughout all these years, I have always played legitimately. I have never purchased coins from a third-party seller, used any unauthorized coin application or service, transferred coins between accounts, used bots, or knowingly violated the EA rules.

I do not even have another FIFA/EA FC account that I use for trading or transferring coins. I am completely willing to cooperate with your investigation and provide any information or account details necessary to verify my activity.

I have submitted appeals multiple times, but I feel that my case has not received the detailed human review it deserves. Receiving repeated responses without a clear explanation of the specific activity that caused the ban is extremely frustrating, especially after being a loyal player for so many years.

I am extremely confident in my innocence because I know how I have used my account. I respectfully ask your team to review my complete account history, login history, Transfer Market activity, transactions, and any other relevant records. If there is specific evidence showing that I violated a rule, I request that you clearly explain the violation and the activity that led to this decision.

This situation is genuinely upsetting to me. After supporting FIFA and EA games for approximately 18 years, losing access to the Transfer Market for something I sincerely believe I did not do has seriously damaged my trust in EA.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a fair investigation by a real person who carefully reviews the evidence and my complete account history before making a final decision.

Please treat this as my formal request for a comprehensive human review of my case. I am ready to provide any information required and fully cooperate with the investigation.

I hope EA will listen to a long-term and loyal customer and give this case the fair attention it deserves. If my case continues to be dismissed without a meaningful review or explanation, I will consider sharing my experience publicly and reconsidering my future support for EA products.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this.

    I understand why you feel strongly about it, especially after playing the series for so many years. Unfortunately, account sanctions and Transfer Market bans can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

    If you still disagree with the outcome, the best next step is to continue through the appeal process. I know the replies can sometimes feel repetitive, but those cases are handled by the support team, and that remains the only route for having the action reviewed.

    If your appeal options are still available, you can try submitting another request through this webform and explaining your situation as clearly and calmly as possible.

    No bro, I keep getting the exact same reply. I've already submitted 5–6 appeals, but nothing has changed. Because of this, I've completely lost interest in FC and, more importantly, my trust in EA.

    I'm a genuine player and have been playing FIFA since the 2008 edition. I've never cheated, exploited glitches, or violated the rules. It's really disappointing to be treated this way despite being a loyal customer for so many years. I just want a fair review of my case by a real person instead of receiving the same automated response every time.

    Sorry to hear you’re still dealing with this.

    I understand why that would feel frustrating and discouraging, especially after appealing several times and still feeling like you’re getting nowhere.

    For clarity, appeals are reviewed by a real person on the team. The replies can sometimes look very similar because a standard template is often used, including for privacy and security reasons, so that doesn’t necessarily mean the case wasn’t reviewed.

    That said, if you’ve already submitted multiple appeals and the outcome has remained the same each time, then I’m sorry to say that this may end up being the final decision.
