Final Request for Fair Review — Resolve This or Goodbye EA Forever
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to request a final, fair, and thorough human review of the Transfer Market ban placed on my EA account.
I have been a loyal FIFA player since FIFA 2008—approximately 18 years of supporting and playing this franchise. Throughout all these years, I have always played legitimately. I have never purchased coins from a third-party seller, used any unauthorized coin application or service, transferred coins between accounts, used bots, or knowingly violated the EA rules.
I do not even have another FIFA/EA FC account that I use for trading or transferring coins. I am completely willing to cooperate with your investigation and provide any information or account details necessary to verify my activity.
I have submitted appeals multiple times, but I feel that my case has not received the detailed human review it deserves. Receiving repeated responses without a clear explanation of the specific activity that caused the ban is extremely frustrating, especially after being a loyal player for so many years.
I am extremely confident in my innocence because I know how I have used my account. I respectfully ask your team to review my complete account history, login history, Transfer Market activity, transactions, and any other relevant records. If there is specific evidence showing that I violated a rule, I request that you clearly explain the violation and the activity that led to this decision.
This situation is genuinely upsetting to me. After supporting FIFA and EA games for approximately 18 years, losing access to the Transfer Market for something I sincerely believe I did not do has seriously damaged my trust in EA.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a fair investigation by a real person who carefully reviews the evidence and my complete account history before making a final decision.
Please treat this as my formal request for a comprehensive human review of my case. I am ready to provide any information required and fully cooperate with the investigation.
I hope EA will listen to a long-term and loyal customer and give this case the fair attention it deserves. If my case continues to be dismissed without a meaningful review or explanation, I will consider sharing my experience publicly and reconsidering my future support for EA products.
