Foundations EVO Missing

Hello EA Support,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5 and I have encountered a bug with the Foundations EVO.

I completed the “Play 3 Rush Matches” objective, claimed all available rewards, and opened every pack in the Store. However, the Foundations EVO (Intro to Rewards EVO) never appeared in my Evolutions tab.

Because of this, I cannot complete the “Complete the Foundations EVO” objective, and my progress is stuck at 0/1 even though all the other objectives are completed.

I have already restarted the game and checked all Evolution tabs, but the EVO is still missing.

Could you please investigate my account and grant the missing Foundations EVO or fix the issue?
