Fut champions glitch

I was on my last fut champions game for 9 wins I won the game 8-4 I believe and I got to the point to where my player received the match ball and then I was disconnected and kicked out off ultimate team (which I am assuming the other player has done a hack or a glitch to do this ) when I come back I was only given 8 wins and a disconnection warning …

this is highly poor that ea are not able to compensate me considering these hackers are still allowed to use these glitches to do this…
