fut champs win counted as a loss
so i won a game of fut champs 6:3 after the final whistle went off i got a message that said “the ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. please try again later.” and it kicked me out of ultimate team and when i went back in it said i had disconnected from the last game and now my champs record is 3wins and 1loss even though i won and should be 4wins and 0losses. my internet is literally perfect aswell so it couldnt be my internets problem
Hey chris_kukk33 sorry to see that you have been having issues.
If you have a disconnect at any point in the game, even when it has ended but before you are fully out, then it can count as a loss.
A disconnect does not mean that your internet dropped; it can simply be a bandwidth issue.
We are not able to change the outcome of these decisions, but what we can do is help ensure that it does nto happen again.
