Fut Champs win not counted after "connection lost with opponent" message

Hi EA team, 

I'm reporting an issue I experienced in FUT Champions on October 10. I was winning 4-3 in the 87th minute and had possession of the ball when a message appeared saying, "Connection has been lost with your opponent. The result of this match is under review."

The game took place between 10:00pm and 12:00am local time, and my opponent's EA ID was Ovcoose. It has now been more than 12 hours since the match ended, and my FUT Champs record has not updated. The win has not been counted toward my record after my opponent clearly leaving the game.

This feels very unfairbecause  I had the game clearly won before the disconnect happened. I would really appreciate it if EA could review the match logs for that session and award me the win or provide compensation such as packs or points according to your policy. 

Thank you for your time and for looking into this. I just want a fair resolution for a match I rightfully earned.
