Fut champs

Just kicked off a game in fut champs and got disconnected for losing connection when my connection is fine. Then get booted out of ea servers and told they’re experiencing high volume of traffic and try again later. I tried immediately and got back in, received a loss and DNF warning. I’d like to have the loss wiped from my champs record as I didn’t lose and the game only just kicked off.
