FUT COMPANION

I just launched FC26 on Xbox Series S (first time since 2023, I didn’t play FC24 or FC25) and besides the fact that I didn’t receive any starter pack, which I’d also like to know more about, when I tried to open the FUT Companion on both PC and Android I got this message in both cases. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.
