Fut fc 26 Season 1 Player Rewards Not Received

Good evening, as the title says, I reached 40,000 points in Season 1. When I was supposed to collect the rewards, to collect them all at once, I held down the X button (PS5 platform). I didn't receive the Tomori and Rogers 86 overall rewards. I contacted EA, but they tell me I'm not entitled to anything, but that's not the case. The event happened last Sunday. I've contacted EA several times, but they haven't solved the problem. They say to use chat, but it doesn't work. Has anyone else had my problem? How can I fix it?

Buonasera come da titolo ho raggiunto to I 40000 punti della stagione 1Quando dovevo riscuotere le ricompense, per ritirarle tutte contemporaneamente, ho tenuto schiacciato il tasto X (piattaforma ps5). Non ho ricevuto i premi Tomori e Rogers overall 86.

Ho contattato ea ma mi dice che non mi spetta nulla ma non è così.

L'evento è accaduto domenica scorsa.

Ho contattato più volte ea ma non risolvono il problema. Dicono di utilizzare la chat ma quest'ultima non funziona.

C'è qualcun altro che ha avuto il mio problema?
