game crash

i was playing my last game on gauntlet i was onto winning 3 games in a row an getting the main award but after winning penalty shotout the game lagged as the video shows and then my game crashed and i didnt get my rewards and got an penalty for leaving. pls do something and pls give me my rewards for winning this tourney 😭😭😭
