Game starts with keyboard controlls (PC)

I have dualshock 4 connected to my PC. Everything works fine, I use gamepad in the ingame menu, start a game, but from time to time (1 game out of 10-15) when the game starts the controller switches to Keyboard! Gamepad is still working but i can play only using keyboard... I don't want to do that, so i have to abandon such games. Fix it.
