Gauntlet Glitch Disconnects

I am unable to complete my 4th game of gauntlet. All other game modes work fine.

I am on xbox series X, i have tried many things: deleted all squads, deleted locally saved data but every time I complete the 4th game an error pops up kicking me out of UT.

I have found that the players I used in the 1st game of gauntlet do not have a red circle against them looking like they are available for the 4th game. So it looks like something like a glitch has occurred and when the game completes something doesnt sync right and kicks me out.

I have tried playing with all bronzes, silvers etc on the last game but I still get kicked out.

I love this game mode. The rewards for it are good too but i am missing out. Please help! 

 

  • Its fixed!

    After being able to log in to the companion app I created a brand new squad and deleted all my others.

    Then waited 1 min and launched Ea fc and was able to log in to ultimate team. Also I am back able to play gauntlet again as I am now on game 1!

  • I followed a tip on another forum post: I started my 4th gauntlet game and then pulled the ethernet cable out instead of completing or quitting the match. I was obviously disconnected and when I tried to log back in I couldn't. I can't log in to my companion app now either as it says I am logged in on console. 

    After 30 mins or so once I can log back in on my companion app I will delete all my squads and then try and launch the game again. I will update the results here.

  • FYI - I am in the UK, on Zen internet and it has happened since yesterday at around 6pm. I have tried lots of times since then. I must have given away 15 games on Gauntlet!
