Gauntlet mode match bug

Today I played gauntlet mode in UT and in the first game everything was fine, but in the second game all my players got stuck except for one that I could move with. I couldn't move the other players and so I kept getting one goal after another. I'm playing on PC and it felt like a player was hacking against me, but based on the opponent's movement it turned out that I was playing against bot. When the game stopped I looked in the menu for the opponent's name, but nothing was displayed. On the contrary, in my team it was displayed as if 11 players in my team were connected who were playing on PC, but without any name. I demand some compensation for this mistake that cost me a loss...

Here in the screenshot you can see white icons above my players, as if someone is playing for them, but I can't move the players...
