Gauntlet Refresh - EA are money hungry

I am honestly surprised that EA did NOTHING nor did they even mention anything about the gauntlet refresh glitches that robbed people of entries into the tournament. I had missed out on 2 tournament entries because of it. EA just want people to go buy packs. Very scummy from the company!
