Gold card instead of tots

I opened an 86x3 and gold kimmich walked out instead of his team of the season. Could you please at least compensate me for the error

Kimmich isn't in Ultimate TOTS from what I can see. It sounds like you got the correct version.

When did you open Kimmich exactly? I believe that the Bundesliga TOTS were only in packs until the 8th of May.

It was about between 12:30 and 1 am last night. Ultimate tots were all in packs

    EA_QueenBee i packed Esther in 82 plus player pick, she is definitely in the ultimate tots as a 96 rated!
