GOT GOLD CLAUDIA PINA INSTEAD OF TOTY VERSION X2

Yesterday I packed Claudia Pina x2 -GOLD version instead of TEAM of the week. How can I get this fixed?

it specifies 5:59 in the full TOTY release schedule, which you can find here.
Support should be checking your account and telling you the time, as this is not a system-wide issue and every person reporting the same as you has so far been found to have opened it at the wrong time. I reported internally that some support advisors seem to be giving out incorrect information in this regard. Due to that, I was able to get the answer that you opened the pack that you got her in shortly before 9pm, so well past the time that her TOTY version was available in packs.
It's therefore correct that you got her gold version.
if you got her at that time on the 16th, then you most likely got her from the starting 11 pack, which gives out gold version of the players, even if the TOTY version is out.
