Gullit | Unable to locate card in evo

Is anyone else unable to locate their Gullit Silver Stars card when selecting an Evo and searching for the player? Says you can only access Training Camp on the web app, I access it, but then cannot assign the Evo to Gullit as he cannot be located. I can find Dalglish, but not Gullit.
