Hacked and slow progress

I was hacked on Wednesday the 22 oktober. All coins where gone and all tradeable players where sold. I created a case with EA help immediately, and now it’s Sunday the 26th with no progress in the case at all…

In the process, I have been in contact with three different employees and neither of them could tell me anything about how long it would take, how the case was progressing or anything of the sort. They claim the case is being forwarded to a dedicated team who handles those cases whom you can’t get in contact with.

I understand, that the game is very popular and that a lot of players might experience issues, but I also think it’s deeply problematic that you pay for a game, setup all necessary security to your account to then just be hacked and experience no communicative transparency from EA at all. Does it really take that long to recognize that an account has been compromised?
