Hacked/Banned

So I’ve recently been hacked on my ultimate team and lost close to 3million worth of content, I’ve spoke to a advisor and the only way for me to receive my stolen content is by getting unbanned but I only got banned due to the hacker logging on to my account and transferring all of my coins to there account. I’ve contacted tos and wrote them a email about my ban around 5 days ago but still not got a reply the advisor I spoke to said he would put a note on my account to get it fast tracked but I’ve still not got a reply.
