Haven’t received my premium pass for season 1 after buying ultimate edition

As the title says, I’ve ordered the ea fc 26 ultimate edition, but sadly have not received my premium pass. I have on the other hand received my fc points.

I still havent got my premium season pass got the points and the icon. Getting frustrated!!!
