Haven't received Toty honorable mention hero reward player

I've done all the required things, tried every fix, nothing has worked haven't received the player 😭 I been in touch with ea help but they are useless! Any help would be gratefully appreciated especially if anyone has experienced the same issue? 

I received an email to remind me about it but no joy

    They upgrade the Hero player they gave you a month or two before TOTY to a TOTY version  - if you have already discarded this (or used it in an SBC like me) then you don’t get it replaced.
