having an issue with the Season (progress/rewards)

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the Season (progress/rewards) in FC 26. The Season tab is not opening or working at all on my account.

I have already tried restarting the game and console, but the problem is still there. Also, when I log in with another account on the same device, everything works fine — so the issue seems to be only with my account.
