Hello EA Support Team,

I’ve been playing football games for a long time — PES 2013/2014, then FIFA ever since. I even encouraged my brother and friends to buy the game this year.

My pack luck has been very disappointing. Most of my players are from the Saudi League, while my friends get top players. This has affected my motivation and enjoyment.

Please review my account or check if something is affecting my rewards. I don’t want compensation — I just want fair and balanced rewards like other players.
