Hello, my Evolu card

Hello, my Evolu card seems to be stuck and is not progressing or upgrading. It shows as active, but the card itself does not appear in the upgrades section. I’ve tried everything I could, but nothing fixed it. I sent an email about this game issue, however I haven’t received a response yet.
