HELP I have bıg problems

I also have a serious issue that is rather disheartening me from playing this game. Though my internet in my home has a ping of 3-4 ms when tested in normal software, immediately as I run FC 26, my ping remains steady in 100 ms, with notifications of receiving packet loss. This also does not happen in other games.

Since I thought it might be a problem with my connection, I even opted to get fiber internet installed, but this issue has been a problem, and it has genuinely turned me off of this game. I've been buying the FC series for a couple of years now, and I never thought I would experience this frustration.

I join my first match in FC, and I only experience high ping, but I’m relieved that I don’t experience any other problems. But when it comes to my second match, I realize that my players are reacting late, and I’m scoring irrational goals that I am not even able to defend against. So, when I quit playing and re-enter, I find that my first match works perfectly, but my second match becomes a frustrating experience for me.

I am sincerely perturbed by this matter, and I am contemplating deleting this game completely. Since I have invested around 20 hours of gameplay, I am not in a position to ask for a refund unless this problem gets sorted out. I would request that this matter be looked into by a representative of this company, and a solution be offered to me.

    Hi. Have you tried both via wi-fi and via a network cable connected directly to your console/PC?

    You can also check via EA Help to open ports on you internet router to see if that helps.

    Yeah, I tried it, but still, I couldn’t resolve the problem with delayed movement that players have been facing, and it continues even though my ports are open. To be honest, I have a pretty awesome internet connection. I just read today on TikTok that there’s something about “shrink the stadium and turn off finding close matches, it might get a bit better,” so I will try it. But isn’t there a actual solution for that problem at all?

    Yeah, I just tried it, and I still can’t upload my video, but there’s still been no change. It began with the first match, and it Deferreds the ball with a 10-15 second lag.
