Help

Ipre order th game in agust and it say dowload but i wait it was more then 1 month left so I thought do it the day off release. I need to restart my wifi after that every time i turn on Eafc 25 it say agin pre order. I Talk to Ea I there system I pre order i talk to microsoft they say wait not out yet. Today can not download.  And been more then 2 weekes i pre order so can not return and buy agin.
