Hello, while I'm playing the game the screen is black, I can't see the players and I lose the game. This is the second game I've lost because of this.

I have a few questions about your issue if that's alright:
- What platform do you play on?
- Roughly how long have you had this problem?
- Do you get this in every game mode or just Rivals?
- Does this happen with any other game?
