Hourly SP Limit reached

Question

Today I got a notification on Ultimate team to say that I had reached the 'hourly SP limit' and therefore wouldn't earn any more SP, this came after completing a match that should have given me around 3.6k SP which I didn't receive, the objectives have registered as completed and after speaking to an EA advisor I found out there's no way of trying to claim the earned SP back, even though they do admit that there is no indication of there being an SP limit until you have already lost out on the earned SP... this seems like a complete error on EA's behalf and shouldn't be a feature that's in the game if they have made that amount of SP available to obtain at 1 time!

Hi, having the same issue did u manage to get your points eventually? i just finished the Paredes obj and havent recived anithing. This sp cap isnt shown anywere i can see and there is no warning about it, just dosnt seem fair for people who are playing the game and being punished for it.

I’m fuming.. never heard about an hourly cap before. Completed both paredes and the “play 30 games” to give me a combined 5000xp. Once I went to claim the rewards from the season pass (after the game) it said I reached the hourly cap. What the actual **bleep** is that..&nbsp;

Same issue for me. Being scammed because i play a lot. That is why there are such a thing like SP points in shop for FC Points. That is what EA really cares about - us spending money. Such a shame. I lost like couple of hours of playing the game and 3k SP points.
