Hourly SP Limit reached

Today I got a notification on Ultimate team to say that I had reached the 'hourly SP limit' and therefore wouldn't earn any more SP, this came after completing a match that should have given me around 3.6k SP which I didn't receive, the objectives have registered as completed and after speaking to an EA advisor I found out there's no way of trying to claim the earned SP back, even though they do admit that there is no indication of there being an SP limit until you have already lost out on the earned SP... this seems like a complete error on EA's behalf and shouldn't be a feature that's in the game if they have made that amount of SP available to obtain at 1 time!

    I am in the process of completing XP to try and finish the season pass, after completing some objective it says i have reached the hourly limit of xp AFTER i have claimed 6k XP and it’s only gave me 3k XP.. is this correct? Will I get this XP in a hour ? Was it meant to happen? I should be lvl 34 but I’m currently 31 as I never received my 3k XP.

    I was playing for the 6000 SP and while I did that I got Some small other amounts of sp and when I finally got the 6000 sp I only got 4000 because of max sp per hour but I did Not know that works like that and would love to See my sp back cause I played for it

    I too lost my sp , how ignorant and useless a gaming company can be ? Why the **bleep** do they even have an hourly limit on SP  ? Omfg

    Ive got the same issue. Missed out on 1500 sp. Contacted ea. Theyve sent it off to a technical team to look into as it might be a bug. But its annoying how theres no indication of a limit before you complete objectives

    I have completed paredes objektives and get this message too so i lost 3000 sp this is not ok at all

    This is taking too long. 
    We need the SP to complete the season which is ending in a few days. I need to get tomori. You have to know that we also have jobs and cannot sit on the game 247. When we do we should get the rewards, especially when it is for a time sensitive task.
