How to unlock market on the apps

I just bought this game and unlocked the transfer market in my Ps5 but I can’t access it on my companion app , it shows that it’s banned for some reason and I don’t know about it . How i can get access to it?

    Just to check, do you have a ban for the transfer market or did you just not unlock it? if you could share a screenshot of what you're seeing, that would be great. 🙂

    It’s unlocked in my ps5 but locked in the companion app

    The article doesn’t say anything about it . How to access it . I have 30+ hours of gameplay in that game. For how long i need to keep playing? I think it’s something else

    I'll highlight the important bits from the article for you. 

    For an Ultimate Team™ account in good standing that’s not the only Ultimate Team™ account that’s been created on or logged in to from a device, it should take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of Ultimate Team™ accounts used on a device, it could take longer.

    Our advisors can't grant access to the EAS FC Transfer Market or tell you when you’ll get access. 

    We’ll send a message to your Ultimate Team™ account in-game to let you know when you unlock access. You can also regularly check the Web and Companion Apps.

    I can also share with you this guide on the EA Forums with some additional information about unlocking the market in-game.
